States, patterns, transitions – to draw, lay out, read.
Each card describes a threshold – a psychological place you know but rarely name. The cards can be read along axes: as a map rather than an answer.

working with the cards
Draw. One card, blindly. Not as an oracle – as a sample. The question is not what the card knows about you, but what you notice as you read.
Lay out. Every threshold has a place, a passage, a movement. Lay cards along one of these lines: before / beyond. permeable / sealed. toward it / away from it. The arrangement reveals tensions that remain invisible in isolation.
Read. Cards as vocabulary. A state that has a name can be looked at. Often that is already enough.
The cards diagnose nothing. They do not replace therapy or promise any effect. They are material – language for states that otherwise have none. What you do with them remains up to you.

The cards are made for individual work – but they are also suitable as material in a professional setting: to open a conversation, for externalization, in work with inner parts.
